2022 Holiday and Adjustment Arrangements Statutory Holidays Time Enquiry

The holiday schedule during the 2022 Qingming Festival:April 3, 2022 - April 5, 2022 (including normal work and rest on April 2, 2022).
2022 Labor Day holiday schedule:April 30, 2022 - May 2, 2022.
The holiday schedule during the Dragon Boat Festival in 2022:June 3, 2022 - June 5, 2022.
Holiday schedule during the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2022:September 9, 2022 - September 11, 2022.

Calculation of 2022 holiday overtime wages
Overtime wages for statutory holidays:
It is not lower than the average daily wages or hourly wages of the employee in the previous month.300% of overtime pay is paid separately.Holiday overtime pay = calculation base of overtime pay/21.75×300%
Weekend overtime pay:
The employer legally arranges the laborer to work on the rest day, but cannot arrange for compensatory time off , and pay the laborer’s wages according to not less than 200% of the laborer’s daily or hourly wage standard stipulated in the labor contract.Calculation formula:overtime wages on rest days = monthly wage base/21.75 days × 200% × number of overtime days.
8 hours of overtime:
According to Article 3 of "Regulations on Working Hours of Employees" that came into effect on May 1, 1995, "Employees work 8 hours a day, 40 hours of work per week.” Therefore, if workers are arranged to extend their working hours beyond 8 hours a day, they should pay overtime pay in accordance with Article 44, paragraph 1 of the Labor Law, that is, no less than 150% of the overtime pay.salary.
