Article 3 of the "Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees" stipulates that employees who have worked for 1 year but less than 10 years will receive 5 days of annual leave; For those who have reached 10 years but less than 20 years, the annual leave is 10 days; for those who have reached 20 years, the annual leave is 15 days.This is the number of days of statutory annual leave.Many employers’ annual leave standards are often higher than the above-mentioned statutory standards.The difference between the company’s annual leave and the statutory annual leave is usually referred to as the company’s welfare annual leave.An employee who falls under any of the following circumstances does not enjoy the annual leave of the current year:the employee enjoys winter and summer vacations according to law, and the number of vacation days exceeds the number of annual vacation days; the employee takes personal leave for more than 20 days in total and the unit does not deduct wages according to regulations; For employees who have worked for 1 year but less than 10 years, the cumulative sick leave is more than 2 months; the employees who have worked for 10 years but less than 20 years, the cumulative sick leave is more than 3 months; the employees who have worked for more than 20 years, the cumulative sick leave is 4 more than a month.

1.New Year’s Day:The holiday will be from January 1st to 3rd, 2022, a total of 3 days.
2.Spring Festival:From January 31st to February 6th, there will be a 7-day holiday.January 29 (Saturday) and January 30 (Sunday) for work.
3.Tomb-sweeping Day:From April 3 to 5, there will be 3 days off.Work on April 2 (Saturday).
4.Labor Day:From April 30 to May 4, there will be 5 days off.Work on April 24 (Sunday) and May 7 (Saturday).
5.Dragon Boat Festival:June 3rd to 5th holiday, a total of 3 days.
